Fitness Freaks

I got to gym for 3-4 days a week and spend 1.5 hrs there. One day for arms, legs, shoulders and chest each.

My routine:

10min Warmup
125 Situps
45 Namaskar(Alternate if it's very hot)

1 hr weight lifting.
